Personal Close Protection Officer

Close Protection is the physical protection of an individual from human risk. It works on two levels: the reactive level, at which a security service reacts to danger as it presents itself; and the preventative level, which involves planning to ensure that risk is avoided.

When you need a very high level of security, Journey Scotland can provide you with your own personal Close Protection Officer (CPO). Your CPO can accompany you throughout your trip, or for as long as you need, and will work in cooperation with you and outside agencies to provide a complete security service to meet your needs and expectations.

All of our Close Protection officers (CPO) are fully vetted and trained prior to undertaking any task. Their experience and professionalism is gained within hostile and non hostile environments worldwide, which enables them to either work alone or within specially selected teams.

Each Protection Officer is managed by a Senior Protection officer, specifically chosen due to their background and experience from either within the Police Service or Special Forces and can offer a wealth of experience which enables each officer to adapt to each and every situation accordingly.

Each of our Protection Officers / Teams are able to deploy worldwide within 24 hours.
